  • Depending on your experience, it can be anything from 2000 - 2800 € / $ per month. Don’t forget about the tips when working on a Charter yacht!

  • This depends on the boat you end up on as they are all different, but usually as entry level crew you get 42 days annual leave. Subjected to change from boat to boat. You do however get free time in between as well, but again, depending on the usage of the vessel

  • Yes you do need a passport and in regards to the Visa this all depends where you will be going

  • Depending on the upcoming season, but the yachting hubs are France & Spain in Europe and Florida in the USA

  • You will need to fly over and network as much as possible. There are loads of different ways via social media as well as agencies and actual crew interaction

  • This depends on the division you want to work in, start out with the minimum and then take it from there. BUT If your budget allows it, throw a extra course or 2 in there.

  • Any extra skills you can add to your CV will be beneficial. From child care to carpentry, watersports, accounting, service, beauty therapy, manager positions, fishing, etc

  • Depending on where you decide to go, we will provide you with options

  • Firstly you need to cover your courses and then decide where to go and for how long you want to go. We do provide you with a budget plan as well as some extra saving tips.

  • This is a log book for you miles travelled on board so that you can do more courses as you move up in rank. It also stands as proof that you are a Seafarer when booking flights and dealing with port control. You can get this once you have secured a job. And lastly, Yes you need it so apply soon as you sign that first contract. We can assist.
